When Spawn came out in 1997 fans were a little scared to actually see Spawn has a real life character. Not only is his char
acter scary enough in the comic books, but in real life this super hero was a bit ugly. The total Box office money world wide was around 87 Million. Todd Mcfarlane was co producer on this film.
There was talks about having a 2nd Spawn movie but this never developed. The Mcfarlane Toys that were sold with the spawn movies were in high demand because this comic book character was very popular.
